What should we send you to get started?
To ensure a smooth process, we require the following:
✔ Blueprints or CAD Files – Ideally in .rvt (Revit) or .dwg (AutoCAD) format.
✔ Reference Images – Any inspiration, materials, or mood boards that help us understand your vision.
✔ Number of Renders Required – Let us know how many images you need.
✔ Type of Render – Interior or exterior? Please specify.
✔ Project Details – Any additional specifications, lighting preferences, or landscape elements you’d like included.

How many revisions are included?
- Every project includes two rounds of amendments unless otherwise specified in your contract.
- Minor Adjustments (lighting, textures, minor material tweaks) are typically covered within these revisions.
- Major Changes (structural modifications, different camera angles, or new design elements) may incur additional costs.
- If further adjustments are required beyond the included revisions, we’re happy to provide a custom quote.
How long to receive my finished render?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the project, but as a general guideline:
📌 Initial Draft: Sent within 7 business days of receiving all required materials.
📌 Final Render: Typically delivered within 10-15 business days, depending on revisions and complexity.
For urgent projects, rush delivery options are available—let us know if you have a tight deadline.
How are payments processed?
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work.
- The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
- For larger projects, custom payment plans may be arranged.
- An invoice with secure payment options will be provided upon confirmation.
Can you match a specific style or aesthetic?
Absolutely. If you have a preferred rendering style, provide reference images, mood boards, or details on lighting and textures. We tailor each render to align with your brand, aesthetic, and vision.
Do you offer animation or virtual walkthroughs?
Yes! In addition to high-resolution still renders, we offer:

Standard renders are delivered at 4K resolution (3840×2160), ensuring crisp, detailed visuals suitable for presentations and marketing. Need higher resolution or print-quality renders? Let us know—we can accommodate.
What if I need my renders urgently?
If you have a tight deadline, we offer rush services. Expedited projects are subject to an additional fee depending on the complexity and turnaround time required.
